Didn't realize that.  But nope, not even movies.  If I have a choice, I usually pick costume, historical, or SF / fantasy stuff.... or action movies, which to me, fall into fantasy also.

Every once in a while, I'll watch a contemporary rom com, but it's usually me following stars, or the trailer is awesome.  Like Big Fat Greek Wedding.

Hmmmm.  Now I'm trying to remember the last contemporary movie / show I watched.

Idk the statistics but from the 1900+ dramas that I’ve watched many are modern ones 😂

No, no.  The first one.  It was a surprise hit.  But like I said, I don't watch many contemporary shows, and that was what came to mind.
