The same here. I haven’t finished season 1 too though I admit I watched all his scenes for the nth times already. But I can’t finish it more due to not able to take the pain and every time thinking WHY????? I might watch everything in one go next year when s2 is out  I hope hurting once and for all might be better????

It is so great to see Tan Jianci getting all the recognition he deserves.

To be honest I already started to like him back then  when I watched  Shine! Super Brothers, after that it was Shen Yi , then our lovely Da Ge from Hello Saturday but I guess XL definitely turned me into a die-hard fan.

this character was already mesmerizing in the book (please excuse me for the fact that I don’t remember much of the book anymore since I read it years ago, except I knew my favorite character was XL and I was a YaoLiu shipper) but when I knew Tan Jianci was taking this role I was so happy and sad at the same time cuz I know it will be heartbreaking but didn’t expect it to be this bad. I am still not able to let go. And I also can’t seem to finish any drama after LYF now. 

I am now anxiously waiting for LMLMV, I need lighthearted happy ending for him.

btw I am so happy there will be season 2 of Under the skin.
