I believe this fan interaction is from Twisted Fate of Love, which came out in 2020, so this was probably 2019.  Compare this rather cozy and quiet encounter to the recent amazing EVENT of his closing ceremony for Go East.  You can tell how much he appreciates this long time M.I.C. fans who have stuck with him.
