It's in the middle of chapter 25. XY was very ill after the whole TSJ/FFYY pregnancy situation. The wedding was announced 10 days later. On the wedding day, XY's heart hurt, but XL used the bug connection to comfort her. His comfort helped her get better, and she started making poisons again.
Her poison creations at that point were all black things (e.g., bats and crows). The act of creating these dark things allowed XY to release her pain. When XY pictured XL's displeasure at receiving all these "dark" poisons, she smiled. So he helped cheer her up in that sense too.
