Seol/Chef stand-off while food gets cold. (Not review of whole episode, just one scene).

The former president, now junior wait staff, complaining about a course that has been okay'ed by the chef is just too far out. No chef would have taken so much time off to a stand-off with a junior waiter who is even there as a mercy in spite of having been fired for a very good reason. Former president and friend of the current president, yes, but anyone would have just brushed him off, and of course have accepted the other waiter's offer to take out the dish, since Seol didn't seem inclined to do his job.K-drama doesn't have to be realistic, (where would we be, then?) but where I usually is with Sous chef on the "you fry us too hard, we just become inedible"-metaphor, I don't even think Seol's ridiculous demand to be allowed to criticize food deserves the attention it got. Se-Yung's final decision to have the dish remade is so obviously the right one (though letting someone else bring out the food and ask Mr. Seol to go home would have been better, earlier). This scene was so frustratingly stupid. PS: I had to give start before sending, and I thought it unfair to give the whole episode the one star I would have given this scene in particular, so the four stars are kind of random.
