Mizusu Daimon continues her regime by starting a points system with the students and installing her son, Shibuya Sho, as eyes and ears. The students of class 2-4 try to put on a cultural festival, but Daimon refuses. They do it anyway, and Daimon tries to intervene. The students and staff revolt, but Shibuya sends in a gang to attack them. Onizuka's prior injury almost kills him, but he recovers in time to save the school. Both Fuyutsuki and Kanzaki express romantic interest in Onizuka.
