Move to Heaven Episode 8 Reactions
First, I absolutely detest that woman manager🤬 She said she did not ‘want’ to hurt a child, but never said she would not. I really want to see the strings cut with this woman and hope this fight truly ends it. But she is so evilly opportunistic that I am not sure how it can be done as long as she exists on the planet. This is juxtaposed with the beautifully done tributes from his older brother. The irony of thinking he is protecting Geu-ru to finding it as a memorial to his ten year old self making birthday wishes. After all these years to find out that he was not deserted and that his brother had never stopped looking for him to explain things. It is sad they did not get that healing conversation but is consoling that Geu-ru once again gets to the heart of the matter with his photographic memory of facts and his unrelenting determination to carry out this ritual he and his dad had observed every year for his uncle. As Sang-Gu processes the gifts and true reason Jeong-u never showed, he learns Geu-ru was adopted. This episode moves one beyond tears it is so impactful. The cast and production gave us perfect understanding of Jeong-u’s love for his family.

Very good series - it shows a lovable bond between brothers and nephew and uncle - Geu ru and his dad work as a trauma cleaner - unfortunately his dad passed out - He transferred Geu ru guardianship to his brother San Gu - Now Geu Ru and San gu both works - Geu Ru's friend also joins - Overall this series is a very good. - It shows a message that deceased people have some stories to tell - if given attention to their belongings.

I don't usually cry, but now it was hard to hold back my tears. This whole bad relationship happened because of a silly misunderstanding. I felt the guilt in my bones, it was a terrible and wonderful episode at the same time.

when they were at the amusement park I was like "oh nice finally a feel-good episode to let my tear ducts rest" MAN was I wrong.I could barely pull through last episode, so I thought we deserved some rest from the emotional knife attacks... but this was the killer. I always wondered what could have happened to make sang-gu hate his brother that much, and of course, it's a misunderstanding stemming from happenings they couldn't have done anything about. it's just heartbreaking how, until the last moments, jeong-u was unable to reconcile with his brother, and sang-gu didn't have a way to find out the truth and settle his anger for years, until it's too late.

I thought I was done crying after Ep 7 (when Su-cheol died). But no, here in Ep 8, I nearly bawled my eyes out when Sang-gu saw all those shoes his brother bought for him and realized he wasn’t abandoned by his older brother, but he kept looking for him.

Sanggu ran away from home after finding out that Sucheol actually came in contact with Jeongu, who would've guessed? But it's still funny how Geuru ended up trying to find him like how one would try to find their lost pet. And because of that Geuru was used as a hostage to get Sanggu to continue fighting in the illegal ring. That said, it's interesting how a yearly picnic that Geuru insist to go on alone without Jeongu accompanying him ended up being something that Jeongu had wanted to do for Sanggu. And it was ironic how unknowingly, Geuru did end up fulfilling Jeongu's last wish to grant everything that Sanggu once wanted as a birthday wish. Which was funny as Sanggu himself appeared to even forget that the day had been his own birthday. And it turned out, there was another truth that Jeongu had kept from everyone.

this episode was so sad and so tragic i was looking forward to knowing geuru's dad's story because i had the feeling that he didn't just abandon his brother because he wanted like i knew something had happened to make him do that. i'm heartbroken and my eyes hurt a lot, i know sadder episodes are on their way so let's hope i can watch the rest of the episodes nicely

I didn’t think this could get any sadder after I watched episode 7 but FUCK this topped it. Not only was the cinematography done well throughout the whole episode but the storyline too, all the dots and unanswered questions were solved in the most swift way. This episode made everything worth while for me even though the whole series is great in general- this was just the icing on the cake.
