If you like melodramatic sequence, and much of tears caused by the relationship of each characters (like ones in Padam Padam), you're going to love this drama.
What I like the most when watching Padam Padam is when I try to understand the emotion of each characther, their wonderful acting, and the amazing dialogues. You're going to find those value too in Cinderella's Sister, although maybe this drama is less cinematic.

Miyuki is a timid florist, frustrated with her non-existent love life. While down on her luck she runs into an old classmate (and crush) of her's on the street. Things are going great when her younger sister, Haruka, who has taken away every guy that she's ever liked, begins to weasel her way between them. Can Miyuki overcome her obstacles and fight for the man she's loved since high school?

Same concept (recycling old folk tales), different vibe. Cinderella's sister twists around the story of Cinderella, making you sympathize with the sister in a melodramatic tale. Alice in Cheongdamdong gives Wonderland a Korean name, and the White Rabbit a very nice human body in a not-sure-if-comedy-or-what story.
