Leng Yue sneaks into her grandfather’s barracks to find evidence of potential collusion with Governor Li, but finds a surprise instead. At the infirmary, Jing Yi suddenly becomes insane and must be pacified. Yet upon waking, he does not remember anything unusual. Despite Leng Yue’s protests, he goes back to the infirmary to try to get more information.
