Both shows:
>> Feature a kind of time travel. In Kairos, the ML is able to change his present by having the FL (who is one month in the past) change things. In 365, both the ML and FL travel back one year to change the outcome of their lives.
>> The ML is betrayed by someone close.
>> The ML and FL must work together to overcome a common thread.
>> The FL is actively engaged in the plot and knows how to overcome problems.
>> The leads establish a deep friendship.
>> The ML in 365 RTY has a group of friends he relies on; while the FL in Kairos has a similare net of support as well.

A story where ten people get the chance to go back in time by one year, but unexpectedly mysterious situations start to arise when their fates are changed and twisted in the process. Ji Hyung Joo is a detective in the violent crimes division. He used to be part of the traffic police but was promoted when he arrested a wanted criminal. It's been seven years since the change, and he's a talented individual who always knows how to relax. Though he is happy at first to have the chance to go back in time by one year and "reset" his life, he begins to search for the truth when a series of mysterious events befall the group of people he goes back in time with.

Both have
- time travel !! (though in 365 it's only really once & trying to figure out what happened as they go because they don't know completely since things are changing constantly while in 9 they know everything that happened and they travel and change time numerous times)
- characters fighting against destiny by trying to prevent things that went wrong in the past from happening (specifically deaths)
- mystery/detective work and a whodunnit-esque storyline
- romance though it's only subtle affection in 365 and heavy/plot-driving in 9
- betrayal by a friend/someone close (though in 365 it's someone new they just met, I'd still call it a friend)

Both have an element of suspense and mystery
Both have a bad guy who's not revealed till the end
Connection is more of police investigation while in 365:Repeat the Year, the protagonists themselves try to find the bad guy
Connection hasn't ended yet but it keeps you on your feet on every ep. , the same for 365, its plot twits were unexpected
Both are well written dramas for crime and suspense fans
