Seo Yeong, My Daughter Episode 10 Reactions
My goodness. You gotta be kidding me. This is a really heavy-duty melodrama, holy sh*t. The last time i watched something like it was probably Stairway to Heaven (2003).So in one episode, we get:1. Seo Yeong finally relenting to Woo Jae and agreeing to marry him.2. She told Sang Woo her twin bro to continue being her brother despite her lying that her father has died (disowning him).3. Sang Woo refused vehemently and told her to disown him too.4. They have a meal one last time because she told her father that she's going abroad to study.5. The next day, the father came to the wedding because he's hired as a person who fills in guests seat in weddings or funeral LOL. And he saw his daughter being the bride. The crying scenes were truly spectacular between the twin siblings gosh. And karma's payback is really immediate, she's literally caught red handed by her father on the wedding day itself OMG.Incredible. Never would've imagined that the writers would take down the path of family disowning to pursue the story, damn.

Ok, so I've watched the first 10 episodes straight without any pause. But I stopped because one, I need to sleep, and two, things were getting sad. Seo Young is a little too harsh right now. But I sort of understand her perspective. It's not easy enduring all that she endured without any kind of bad reaction. Unfortunately, all her anger and frustration is directed towards her father. She does not understand that whatever he did was in an attempt to give his family a better future. Of course he made a lot of wrong choices and the family had to live with the ugly consequences. But his intentions were pure. None of them is actually right or wrong. There's just a lot of miscommunication and I can't wait to see how this father-daughter relationship develops further. I can't wait for the day the father and daughter rekindle their relationship and also for the day when Seo Young laughs and smiles all the time. I mean, she does smile with the lead guy too, but it's still kinda gloomy. The ghosts of her past won't go away until she forgives her dad. I hope she realizes this soon.
