Nico put his classmates' lives in danger because of recklessness. They were on their way to a field trip when Nico thought of showing off by driving the school service. The driver didn't object and allowed Nico to sit behind the wheels since they had already done it before. Unfortunately, they met an accident that left many wounded and one student killed. The devastated mother of the deceased student then pressed charges against Nico's father and wanted him to be accountable for his son's irresponsibility. Whose side did the court take? Should parents pay the price for their children's legal offenses especially if they are minors? (Source: IMDb)
