Chen Jun He finally gives up his quest for an apology. He buys Qing Tong a new bag to replace the one he had scribbled over previously. Li Jin Bu warns her again about staying away from him. Li Wu Si, Li Qing Tong's father, explains the importance of their mother to the girls. They apologize to her. At school, Li Qing Tong's marks have no improvement at all.
