Nagao Kanji works for an advertising agency in his hometown of Ehime Prefecture. He is assigned to the Tokyo sales department where his colleague Akana Rika takes care of his work. One day, Kanji is invited to drinks by Mikami Kenichi, a former classmate from his hometown who is now in Tokyo, and he is also reunited with Sekiguchi Satomi who has feelings for him. However, Rika ends up joining them when she delivers Kanji’s wallet which he had left in office. On the way back, Rika tells him, “Kanchi, shall we kiss?” and he is rattled. There have been rumours in office that Rika is in a relationship with their boss Waga Natsuki.

ML is a doctor who appears cold at first but has a warm heart. Sweet romance between ML and FL. Characters met years before then reunite later.

While Doctor John is more serious, I think these two dramas have a similar tone. The romance is similar, and both are sweet and heartwarming dramas about the medical world.

A love at first signt and a unconditional love from the male who with effort and clumsiness will make the heart of the women he love.

Similar in a way because both are in the medical field...and both "met" again after a long period of time...somewhat similar...but the only difference is that the FL in Koi wa Tsuzuku...is the one in love with the ML; while in Doctors, its the other way around...

I found it similar with Goong because both of the series have resemblances within the story--She fell first but he fell harder. Both of the series also have a cold male lead and clumsy--warm female lead.

Other than that, I found resemblances between Yoon Eunhye and Mone Kamishiraishi. Aren't they looks similar? Their expressions, also some of their facial features similarities made them look alike compared to each other.

Both series take place in hospitals with the main character pursing a career in medicine to aid/get closer to their crush.

Both series heavily feature medical aspects with there being a younger woman who enters the field to get closer to an older man that she loves.

Playful kiss is a kdrama version of it started with a kiss , Male lead is popular and very smart , the female lead is kinda dumb and chases after male lead even if he completely shows no interest in the start for a long time

•Cold genius ml with a complicated past and a bubbly cute fl who pursues him first despite the rough beginning of their relationship.
•In both drama the main characters are next door neighbours.
•That backhug after that incident scenes are pretty similar.

+ Both ML are cardio-doctor with stoic face and less expressions, they both tsundere but caring about the FL. I found the character pretty similiar in a good way, they can be cold and warm at same time, they have their own charisma so you'd fall in love with each of them.
+ FL fall in love with ML at first sight. they both also pursuing him non-stop and showing growth in her character. Even tho the FL a bit clumsy, but I love how unbothered ML when he was with her.
+ No unecessary drama, third party, or whatever used in dramas. They are pretty quick solved their own problems.
+ So manyyy fluffy-stuff, cringe yet not much, so it was enjoyable to watch their lovey dovey scenes.

Anw, BOTH are good and recommended dramas ^^

It has that Bubbly Female lead and Serious Male Lead trope.
Takes place in hospital.
Supportive and not-bitchy co workers.
Light hearted.
Female lead takes the first initiative.

Personally one of my all time favorites. Its not dark has good morales. And a bonus of really good poems.

Both have a female lead that is trying to make the male lead, who happens to work in the same place, fall in love with her. Both male leads are stand-offish, to varying degrees. In the workplace, there are other males colleagues who are interested in the female lead as well. In the end, both couples have similar results.

Both shows center around a young girl's effort to fulfil a dream that was inspired by a strict but supportive older man at the top of his field. The male lead falls for her charming determination. Their stories are supported by well-rounded secondary characters and endearing side stories.

KoiTsudu / Love Lasts Forever is set in the world of nurses (and doctors), while Kono Koi Atatamemasuka / Warmed-Up Love is set in the business of convenience store sweets.
