Duan Mu defaces the God of Matchmaker's temple. Hong Luan tells Duan Mu to not contact Zhan Yan to see if she likes him, so she doesn't answer his call. Zhan Yan is encased in silkworm threads when they find him. He isn't breathing and Duan Mu kisses him to wake him up. Hong Luan asks nosy questions and upsets Wen Gu Wei Yu. Duan Mu and Hong Luan read books about love to figure out their own relationships. Duan Mu starts acting strange like the girls in the stories she reads.
