59-year-old Kiuchi Yoko decides to give up on cancer treatment in favour of palliative care. Her husband and two daughters argue over what is best for Yoko and ultimately chooses home care. However, things are not going well in the Kiuchi household, so Dr. Kokoro pays a visit. She reminds Yoko and her family members what truly matters.
