heartbreaking is correct

Seon Woo is some kind of monster, I won't even comment further. I thought from the beginning that Cho In will end up treating him. Which will make Seon Woo feel even more horrible about himself (I hope)... assuming the surgery will be a success. We will see.

The crazy North Korean dude finally locked up is a huge relief, as is the fact Cho In managed not to kill anyone. Please, let him and Young Ji have a happy ending already.

heartbreaking!

I have stuck with this drama because So Ji Sub. I love watching him so much that I can forgive a lot of things about this drama.

Many of the emotional scenes in this are way too over the top to be effective. They just involve lots of screaming, "crazy eyes", angry tears, and staring off into space... BUT...

There is a scene in this episode, between Seon Woo & Cho in, that really touched me deeply. It didn't bring me to tears, but it didn't have to to be effective. It made an episode ending, that I predicted would happen at some point, actually feel exciting. This drama has been keeping up momentum nicely, and has avoided an "18th episode slump".

Only 2 episodes left...
