seriously what a way to end a drama, guess they were always planning a 2nd season, so get why all the lose ends & yet not satisfying at all. *****************************************************************************************************************the fact the rat is alive & kicking - infuriating! same with So Yi - she cares so much for Seo Yul, but just gave him the medication, what happens when it's over? why not tell him, u got a blood-sucking-worm in u - but nah....***********************************************************************************************************************************************& sorry but i don't give a sh*t about Park Dang Gu & Jin Cho Yeon, so having to sit through their mindless love plot was headache inducing. i so hope they go on a long honeymoon in the 2nd season. alas that wont be the case, as Mu Deok murdered her father & all that crap - ugh!********************************************************************************************************************************************also bummer the Crown Prince couldn't hold out & had to turn moronic, but i get he was motivated more out of jealousy & the fantasy that if the rat "takes care" of Jang Uk, he could have Mu Deok. jokes on him - wonder how he is feeling now seeing what has unfolded. & if he still believes anything coming out of the rats mouth, then he is beyond stupid / redemption.********************************************************************************************************************************************side note: i know that in the 2nd season the main FL is Naksu / Cho Yeong & not Mu Deok / Jin Bu Yeon - which personally i think is a pity. i guess one can spin it as Jang Uk is in-love with Naksu & not Mu Deok. but i will miss Jung So Min as i love her acting.

This episode is a classic example of when nice things happen, you expect something dramatic and sad to happen.Seriously, it was so lovely and cute how the leader finally realised she loved him and they decided to be together, the little squabbles between Uk and Naksu, the impending wedding of our cute couple. BUT THEN the mtfckrJinmu came and destroyed everything with his greed. I had hoped that if Naksu wasn't strong enough, that Mudeok as a priestess would try to do something, but sadly no, and what happened then was beyond tragic and shocking, I can't imagine how Uk will help Naksu now, how the rest will react, can we bring all those she killed back to life or turn back time or something? Please! But the ending was EPIC, I won't lie!Prince ohh Prince please don't trust that snake Jinmu but also why Leader lied to him, I think it would be better if he told him that he knows about Uk but since Uk gave it up he will support Prince and also because this way is better for the people and honestly I hope UK doesn't want to become a king because then, oh then it will be even more chaos.

desde a ultima metade do episódio passado foi uma bagunça e nesse parece que ao invés de simplesmente nos dar um final feliz , quiseram deixar vários pontos abertos para dar conteúdo pra uma nova temporada, péssimo.

The script is good and interesting. I had high expectations when I watched the season 1 and I reassured my self that the season 2 would be great and couldn't wait for it... I enjoyed watching Alchemy of souls both 1 and 2

lol it was very good and has me very impatiently waiting for season 2. its plot thickens midway through the episode........and they cut their hair in season 2(:

Most intense satisfying episode so far! I love all the twists and turns. One of the best series for awhile. The suspense is real waiting for s2!

omg, this is crazy. are they gonna hate each other I'm pretty sure they'll come back stronger... looking forward to part 2, tho I might die waiting till Dec

Can't wait for Part 2. It is going to be so lit. I wish they started airing Part 2 as soon as Part 1 ended. The wait is going to be long.

what kind of rubbish ending was this... im not mad at the fact that it was a bad ending, but rather how no one went to jang uk's rescue after seeing mudeok cry like crazy upon realising she has killed her lover.. genuinely WHAT ON eARTH was this episode.. i have been rating every episode from ep1-19 with at least 9-10/10 but this episode gets a 1/10. wished i had ONLy watched from ep1-19!!! WTF!!
so many issues with this episode. in order to build suspense for season 2, choosing to put everything in a chaotic fashion is not the way. wished the writers would've thought about this more strategically.
My rating for this episode is 1/10 so as to pull down the insanely high average that is unrealistic for the rating of this episode. Would probably give it around 3-5/10. Production quality and visuals were spot on, coupled with use of OSt and nice preview to season 2, 10/10 for those aspects. Other than that, this episode pales in comparison to the others.
