Lu Fang Ning is very eager to have a child with Ling Rui and tries her level best to seduce him. However, her plan doesn't go as planned. Later, Ning and Rui visit the former's house as a couple, and Lu Yi Yao is introduced. He seems to care a lot for Ning and is doubtful of her marriage. He mockingly warns Rui that his marriage failure will have no effect on Ning and that he will forever take care of her. How will Rui respond to this challenge? Will their marriage really be a futile one?
