Lack of consistency in Changge's character?

I don't understand Chang Ge's character in this episode. In a previous episode she has a rant about how the State of Tang is more important than her personal revenge, but then plots to steal a border army just for her personal revenge?I can't help but find her increasingly selfish - that she cares more about her own personal revenge than the people her family governed.

When Ashile Sun met with that bear division…

When Ashile Sun met with that bear division guy, his hairstyle took me back to when I watched Dongfang Qingcang. Well, the unfortunate event fell into Changge lap and can help her meet Gongsun Heng. Poor Leyan. When will she be saved? Who will save her? Haodu? Shuyu? Change?. It's funny to me coz the prefecture governor and his subordinates really thought she was a young man. A'Dou knew about her right? Or he didn't?
