Shinoda Kaori is new in her new job as an air traffic controller. On her first day she meets her colleagues and gest a mentor that lets her train in the simulator first before she is allowed to work in the tower. However, when she's finally allowed into the tower, she makes a small mistake that nearly causes an accident. Kaori feels really bad, but is not scolded, but rather supported. In the end, she is able to manage a difficult situation in the tower and earnst the respect of her colleagues.
