K-Drama 
Exceptional from beginning to end
I'm so glad I happened to stumble across this show. From start to finish, I was never bored. Each episode is entertaining and will leave you wanting more. If you love crime/thriller with a hint of romance and suspense, I highly recommend watching this! I can't remember the last time a series made me feel so many emotions.The acting really pulls this drama together, the chemistry between each individual was gripping and definitely made the story a lot more interesting to watch. Everything some how connects to one another and the way it’s executed is amazing.

Unpredictable, thrilling, and touching; I loved it!!
This was the first crime kdrama I watched, and I have to say it was an amazing choice! I really felt touched, many times, by the story, and cried with sadness or relief or disappointment along with the characters, and really felt for them. The characters were amazing, we saw both the good and the bad sides of many people, and the acting was absolutely brilliant!The plot had so many different layers, and even though it had an unimaginable amount of twists and turns and secrets being unveiled, it was never confusing or overwhelming, and I really enjoyed speculating along with the characters.
Overall, I absolutely loved watching it, it's quite likely I'll watch it again someday, I would definitely recommend checking it out!

Very dense story, good character development, decent ending
Flower of Evil starts out like a normal crime series with a side plot, but very soon delves from that and becomes action packed, fast paced and keeping you on the edge of your seat. You start rooting for characters you never thought you would, the plot twists are sometimes sudden but well explained. Despite all the action, FoE manages to balance it with happier or more emotional moments, exploring the main characters well and changing them, as they discover themselves. This makes the action even more impactful, as you become attached to the characters and what they have build up.Was this review helpful to you?
Definitely worth watching with no regret
It was one of the best dramas I've watched so far with the best acting skill this drama comprises of beautiful , warm and touching scenes I will definitely recommend to watch it. If u decided to watch this drama it will be a thrilling experience and some twists and turns and the storyline is absolutely fabulously written u don't have to rethink to watch it just go on for it after watching I'm sure u will rewatch it. A pure masterpiece
I am not used to watch crime dramas with a lot of suspense like this one but I have to say this one is a masterpiece. I was completely dragged in the drama like I was living it in real life.I couldn’t predict what could happen in the next episode and I just felt surprised by watching each episode. The drama intensifies and you feel frustrated and excited at the same time. It is hard to explain. Each episode had a cliff hanger that made me want to watch the next episode. It gets really addictive !
The main actors of the drama are excellent. They get through the feelings of their characters so well, I was impressed because I hadn’t seen them in other dramas before. They had a great chemistry together just with their glances 👏🏼
It was brilliant, a pure masterpiece ✨

I'd watched these series some time now, but it was only today it occured to me I should leave a review for it, just for one reason it reminded to me: the outstanding music! Wow! What an awsome composition! How inspired it was, how well it dressed the scenes, what an excellent orchestration! Mr. Kim Joon Seok and ms. Jung Se Rin, congratulations! I humbly admit I'd downloaded the music and that, today, reminded to me I should leave a review.Equally, the cinematographers did an excellent job, also. Congrats to them, too.
I should mention the plot, the actors, the director, that also gave their best of themselves.
Flower of Evil was one of the memorable series I've watched.

Best drama to watch
I just started this drama casually, but after watching the first episode,I got thrilled and felt amazed. Lee joong gi acting is extraordinary. He really portrayed his character like a good husband and a very good father having a very abnormal past. He showed the emotions of feeling guilt and sad for deceiving his wife. But how he realized his true love towards his family is superb. This drama portrays the trust between wife and husband, father and daughter and shows how parents affect their children and most importantly the reason for villian s psychopathy. First crime drama made to My Top 5 K-Drama List
FYI, I am not into this genre but manage to get a spot on my current top 5 list on K-Drama.Story:
Episode 1-15 will keep you engaged as good cliff-hanger at the end of episodes.
It is a Dexter Love Story, where a psychopath may have a chance to get a love story, with crafty twists from writer to keep you clicking next episodes on Netflix.
Episode 16 is a near perfect wrap-up as every character get a proper ending, however 1 full episode for a closure is too long, therefore you can expect some unnecessary scenes and dialog. And it is 9.5 point due to usage of amnesia, my-most-hated-k-drama-element. In my opinion, this element is unnecessary.
Character:
ML: Good character development, and like union got some layer which is uncovered layer by layer with fun twist and mystery here.
FL: Consistent character through the end, fantastic mother, lover, wife and a detective (priority in this order).
Supporting Male Lead, Reporter: a joker who put a comedy-salt in a horror-bowl.
Supporting Female Lead, The Sister: Typical character in K-drama, melancholy, undecisive, weak, hated.
Villains characters are also good. It is not a single villains from start to finish. Most of crime K-Drama will have one Lex Luthor, but in this drama got Joker, Penguin, Bane.
Overall they are development for each character which is a must for me, and they are complex enough to get explanation why they become who they are.
Acting: Above average, I can't spot any bad acting in this series. The Main lead suprisingly is good (had a doubt with his acting on previous drama I dropped - Scarlet Heart something i guess).
Music: Honestly i don't pay attention to any music. So it will follow story's score.
Re-watch: I don't like to waste time on re-watch. So it will follow story's score.

Worth your time
Hahaha i cannot imagine that it took me almost 6 months to finish it. It’s not because this is not good, but i stopped along the way because it has not finished airing that time and i was busy then i have no mood to continue since i’ve already forgotten about it. Also, i feel that towards mid of the show, the story becomes weird like not convincing enough for me. Yeah as someone has stated, it has many coincidences. But one day, it appeared on Netflix and I thought i should continue watching it.Bam! It was quite good. I binge watched the rest of 4 episodes that i have missed for one night hahaha. It’s quite unpredictable and i feel sorry for the main character and the villains too. I mean i feel like they are all victims. There is an answer for that weird story development in the end. Well, just try to watch it, will you?
The acting is so good.. Joon gi never upset me with his acting. The lead female is also good. They both have great chemistry. I mean, i seldom feel something for a drama, but this show makes me feel so sorry for them and the rest of the casts. Like their characters are so real. It’s really heartbreaking to see such things happen to them. Ugh.
The story is amazing. I don’t really like episode 16 though, it seems like it’s a filler story and i am not convinced with how their relationship ends. I think the ep 16 should go into details about the villain’s problems. Why he turns the way he is. H is also a victim of his family conditioning and competitive attitude to win at almost everything. I still give 9 stars for casts’ performances alone.

watching this really drained my energy and messed with my mental. the tension was already so strong right from the beginning.just a reminder, this will contain spoilers.
as for the plot... damn. it's really something. i don't think you can find another drama with a similar storyline. but yeah, there are a few things that left me unsatisfied. first, the timeline was kinda confusing. when exactly did his father die? i genuinely got a headache trying to figure it out. second, heesung is a fucking bitch, but HE DIED JUST LIKE THAT???? BRUHHHHH i wanted to see him rot in jail and suffer for the rest of his life. third, maybe i missed something, but does hyunsoo ever find out that his father's death wasn't actually a suicide? i desperately needed him to know the truth because i really wanted to see his reaction.
other than that, i can confidently say this drama is superb. oh lastly, i just have to praise moon chaewon because she absolutely ATE this role. every time she appeared on screen, i felt attacked because she's so pretty.

Suspense, Thriller and Romance .
This drama was a whole rollercoaster from beginning to end. It is full of suspense, unpredictability, emotional moments, funny moments and so much more (P.S. the character that played Kim Moo Jin really got me laughing).I highly recommend it for anyone who wants to watch a thriller drama with a bit of romance and mental health talks. The only problem that I had with it was a few scenes were a little bit dragged out (even though I guess that's common for most K-dramas). The ending too was honestly dragged out.
Overall this was a really enjoyable drama! Definitely among the top of my list.

I honestly couldn’t find anything wrong with this drama, and that’s quite unusual for me
I’m not normally a fan of this kind of genre, simply because they’re too serious for me. But I knew I had to watch this the second I saw the trailer, not only because it had my favourite character(ml), but because the story seemed intriguing.I loved everything about this drama from the cast to the OST to the story. I cried when they cried and laughed when they laughed. I sat at the edge of the bed from the start to the finish. Even when I went to bed I had dreams about it.
Now if you want a break from the fluffy and the average, you want something a bit serious but will leave you feeling good, then this is for you.
Try it, I promise you, you won’t want to put a noose around my neck.
