Although pretty different, both series are similiar in:

- Their focus being on the development of the relationships
- The scorching hot chemistry between the main pairs
- The univesrity background
- Both shows are using the same house to film at
- The subplot of trauma / mental healing
- Team and Win’s relationship starts out from a one night stand, just like Pai and Sky’s

Many of LITA viewers moved on to Between Us after LITA finished airing, so there is definitely something there.
