Dear Patient - Kizuna no Karute Episode 5

Caregiver, Seto Shota, is is a relationship with Chiaki. One day, Seto is in trouble with Saionji Mitsutaka, a dementia patient who is in charge of his care. Seto blamed Saionji for being a wealthy but abandoned family members, and is dying of a violent attitude under the influence of dementia.
