I thought Maybe Ji Se Gwang knew this that's why he was transferred to the Inspection department? or he had other plans? Like making Lee Cha Don fall into his trap for his corruptive activities.

His true color is showing now, His grandfather's obsession to money seemed to run to his blood as well... It's weird that I like his character but I don't want him to turn as a real bad guy.
