The Tapes Episode 2

Cruz is left shaken by a disturbing nightmare. A second tape arrives with footage implying an affair between Judy and previous police chief Jorge Roxas, who is missing and presumed to be dead. The station unveils a bust in honor of Roxas but his widow Isabel destroys the bust by shooting it during the ceremony, expressing her distaste over her husband and Jemuel.
