I have been trying to create an account on Youku, but it won't let me because it needs a mainline China phone number.  How do I do that since I am in the US?

I have the same problem. Even when I get an activation code I get a message that I have to use Chinese number :(

Hi NEED HELP (palm Hands)

I am having trouble signing in .. On my Laptop it  keeps telling me to slide the bar BUT nothing happens and then I see the "busy network" note .. ALWAYS .. whenever I try .. like some glitch

Also cant sign in on my TV Youku App - a QR code which is to be activated via my iPhone pops up with  this verification tiles where you have to tick the relevant images .. I CANNOT because the "what" I have to tick off is written in Chinese (eye roll) and a whole bunch of fruits - animals - flower etc pop up .. By fluke when I DO click the correct images and get a tick I am told I am authorized .. but the freeze .. nothing happens
