Ah' Xu and Lao Wen have a talk over wine where they share their memories. Ah' Xu decides to stay at Four Seasons Manor forever with Cheng Ling until Ye Bai Yi returns, welcoming Lao Wen to come over anytime. Gu Xiang and Cao Wei Ning sees Gao Xiao Lian being taken away by Tao Hong and Lv Liu in disguise. Elder Huang He of Beggar Gang, who was being chased by Zhao Jing and the Scorpions, arrives to take the girl away. He realizes that Zhao Jing is the one behind the scenes. Realizing his bad intentions, Tao Hong protects Xiao Lian, but reveals the truth about what Gao Chong had done twenty years ago. The Five Lakes Alliance had deceived several heroes in the name of killing Rong Xuan but had secretly planned the attack for the Glazed Armor. This had lead them to their death, including her own son. A fight breaks out between Elder Huang and the other two, and Cao We Ning rescues Xiao Lian. He is stopped and knocked unconscious by Tao Hong and Lv Liu, but Shen Shen, who had been callled for help by Gu Xiang, arrives. Xiao Lian pleads Shen Shen to let them both go as it was her father's mistake and because they had tried protecting her. Gu Xiang, who was tending Cao Wei Ning, asks Shen Shen to kill her, but requests to not reveal who she was to Cao as she did not want him to hate her. Shen Shen lets her go and leaves with Xiao Lian. At Four Seasons Manor, Ah' Xu and Cheng Ling pay their respects to Qin Huai Zhang. Lao Wen confesses his crimes to Huai Zhang after both of them had left. Cao Wei Ning wakes up in the forest and Gu Xiang decides to not tell him what had actually transpired. (Source: kisskh)
