Geum Ok and Sa Gi Jin make a deal on having Ji Seong released under the condition Geum Ok helps with Sam Saeng's capture. Out at the park with Dong Wu, Sam Saeng sees the photographer who had taken the photo linking Bong Cheol to his death. She asks the photographer to testify in court. Gyeong Ja visits Ji Seong to get him to sign an agreement. Ji Seong is unable to do anything else but weep silently.
