TV Novel: Samsaengi Episode 23

The year is 1969 and Sam Saeng is 19 years old. Sam Saeng has gained recognition in the neighborhood for being great at prescribing medicine and for her acupuncture treatments. Geum Ok has become a senior in high school and is studying for her college exams. However, she does not want to enter school of Oriental medicine despite her father's wishes. Dong Wu has been performing very well as a salesman at Bong Pharmaceutical and does his best to expand the business after gaining Sa Gi Jin's trust. Dong Wu has feelings for Sam Saeng. Ji Seong is a law student at Seoul National University and has become friends with Geum Ok but he is still unable to express how he feels about her. After hurting his back, Bong Chul moves to the slums of Seoul with his family and is able to make ends meet thanks to Sam Saeng's help. Meanwhile, Sam Saeng remembers how Bong Mu Ryong treated his patient in the past to help a patient who is almost freezing to death. (Source: KBS WORLD TV)
