Sam Saeng decides to give up on school of Oriental medicine because of her financial situation. Dong Wu scolds Sam Saeng and gives Chang Hui money for her student fees. Sam Saeng returns the money to Dong Wu and tells him not to get involved in her affairs. The conflict between Geum Ok and Bong Mu Ryong becomes worse. Ji Seong laughs at Sam Saeng, telling her that she made the right choice by giving up on college. Sam Saeng is hurt by both Dong Wu and Ji Seong. Meanwhile, Sam Saeng takes up Bong Mu Ryong's offer to pay for her education. (Source: KBS WORLD TV)
