Dong Wu is happy as he looks into Sam Saeng's face after she falls asleep in the sunlight. Sam Saeng wonders what Dong Wu means to her. In Su and Gyeong Ja hear from a noodle shop owner that Mr. Sa had brought two 4-year-old girls to the shop many years ago. They wonder if one of them was Sam Saeng. Bong Mu Ryong refuses a request for a house call from Hannam-dong and Ms. Hae is worried that Dr. Bong will be negatively affected for turning down requests every time. Meanwhile, Ji Seong asks Dr. Hwang to analyze Sam Saeng's horoscopic data. (Source: KBS WORLD TV)
