Ji Seong tells Gyeong Ja that he will not marry Geum Ok. Dong Wu becomes insecure after seeing Sam Saeng contemplating between Dong Wu and Ji Seong. Sa Gi Jin tells Dong Wu that he's had Dong Wu in mind as Geum Ok's match ever since he was a child. Dong Wu refuses on the spot, telling him that he likes Sam Saeng. Mak Nye is so angry after Sa Gi Jin offers money in exchange for her leaving that she drinks herself to the maximum. Sa Gi Jin senses that the truth about his relationship with Sam Saeng will be revealed soon and decides to tell Ms. Hae beforehand.
