Great acting from Male Lead
Storyline wise we have nothing new here. We saw it before: contract marriage and you fall in live. Nothing new.However, I surprisingly really really enjoyed it.
I really love the male lead’s acting skills.
I love how I can see his indifference gradually turn into attraction then internal denial to falling in love and finally acknowledging his love.
It made the love from his side feel very intense and real!!
I cannot say so for the female lead. I’m not saying her acting skills are bad, just that couldn’t feel the love from her side as strong as from the male lead.
I also love how when they are finally truly together, there is actually a strong trust and healthy relationship!!
For me, that is actually divine.
I love how there is that trust but also how every time the antagonist girl try to force herself on the ML, he isn’t pitying on her or going easy. He full on stops her!! I really admired that indifference he has for her.
I feel this is one of the reason why the drama really captivated me. He meant only business from her and made it clear and had no sort of pity or compassion for her. His looks for her was very very cold. Yet when he looks at the FL, you feel drown in love. I will definitely watch more drama of his♥️♥️

Definitely a must watch RomCom
The drama is highly recommend to watch. RomCom cohabitation. 💕🥰The Ml is experiencing spring time haven't had his first love yet. Cold and narcissistic but strangely nice. And wen this little creep called L O V E came hitting him he became Little childish and silly in front of his CRUSH to get her attention.
Stealer of the series Granny/nana she is really funny and adorably cute sweet and nice. Matchmaker for the ML FL. She could be really silly plotting something for the couple clever nana.
The only thing looks really bad is the 1st female support third party pooper she acts psycho and crazy about the ML. Well duh, the ML FL are still married legally even they're living contracts. Throughout the series shes annoying.

A recommended romcom drama to watch
First ,this is contract marriage based romcom drama. I prefer these type of dramas. In this drama actually the cast do a excellent job except for second lead couple's boy. He does a good job but he can't express emotions well. He seems to be more childish than the second female lead (his girlfriend ).Second, I don't usually find faults in dramas. If the plot is nice then I watch it. Because dramas are for enjoying and mind relaxing.So even if there are faults it won't matter. So I don't mind what others say about this drama. According to me the story is very good and the cast have nailed it. Specially Wang Zi Qi and Wang Yuwen. They are really great and have a superb chemistry. I wish that they would get another modern drama again as main leads. And the guy who acts as yin sichen's secretary ,he is also great.
As an overall , I recommend this drama to watch because it's worth to watch.

Quite a good watch- though the typical contract marriage story.
The cast is excellent. Love the couple's chemistry.The story is nothing new- cliched romance of a rich guy and normal girl's contract marriage, down to a childhood second lead friend, and a jealous second female lead.
Atleast here, the guy realises he loves the girl pretty early.
There are no plot loopholes, the girl is smart, not silly (like some Chinese dramas make the female leads to be).
It's good as a one time watch if you want something typical and light to watch.
I'm on episode 12 at the moment, waiting to see how the rest of the story goes. So far, it doesn't look like I'll be dropping this drama in between.

Cliche to perfection
Its genuinely a really good drama,It felt like I was watching a classic, a good CEO drama never gets old.
Once a cliche is well written, casted and executed, it turns into a beautiful drama like this one. All the tropes were there, and if you're a long term drama watcher like myself, it feels so good to finally come across such a well executed cliche. I loved it and if you're one for romance, this drama is not short of it. I mean the kisses were the highlight.
I noticed most people reviewed this drama based on the fact that its "cliche" but I think that is what makes it so special.
take a leap of fate and WATCH THIS CLICHE!!!!

Booorrriiinnnggg
Oh my goodness.....spare yourself some time to breathe and exercise - just skip this downright boring, irritating, annoying, silly, childish drama.I promise you I try to be very very fair with c- dramas, give them full benefit of the doubt, allow for a lot of nonsense. But most of the c dramas go beyond these limitations.
They are either over dressed or under dressed, women acting like 12-year olds, dressed like them also.
No chemistry. Yes there are intimate scenes but they are lifeless.
The story just drags on....that is if you can even call them stories or just a mish mash of clichéd crap.
The FL is so mediocre......aaargh......

Easy to watch, light entertainment
So it is quite a while since I watched this, and my previous notes are a bit short.But this is easy to watch, quite sweet with a bit of charm and light humour.
The storytelling is occasionally a bit simplified, and this falls into the genre with "over-acting" - luckily not too much of it. So take this for what it is ;-)

I've never really watched contracted marriage dramas, so it was one of the first ones I've watched, and I've also never seen these actors before. But I quite like this drama, I think one thing I like about these type of dramas, is the actors, and how well they played the roles! You can tell they put a lot of time and effort into making it what it is!
Like it was super light-hearted to watch, and I sometimes like those type of dramas, where you have best friends who are always with you! and of course the typical right there at the right time sort of placements but I still enjoyed it.
Though I do think the Support Role guy, Mo Zi Xin was a little annoying! He was clearly not liked by the main girl and he was just somehow always there wherever she ended up being, and of course when the main girl would just be a oblivious girl, who would just act normal even though it could be read wrong by him! - Just thought he was slightly annoying but other than that! I enjoyed it.

HELP WHY IS THE ML SO CUTE
this drama is probably my second favorite cdrama except for falling into your smile (which is still my #1)no misunderstandings the ML is really loyal to the FL and always believes her.
there is a evil second female lead but none of her evil plans ever work, the plans just made the main leads get closer.
i literally lost count how much kissing scenes there were, like estimating 38 ???
the couple is sooooooo adorable and OVERLORD CUTENESS..
have you ever seem to notice that the male lead seem to look like Hu Yitian on the side when he smiles???? like there smiles look so familiar !! its so cute TvT <33333

Un fumettone
Con il pregio che possa avere questo dramma per le riprese del regista, rimane una storiella d'amore per adolescenti. Una favola con corteggiatori benestanti verso una fanciulla a metà cenerentola e a metà principessa per bellezza e talento creativo nel settore dell'abbigliamento. I dialoghi fra amiche e amici sono del tenore di confidenze per spasimi amorosi e risoluzione dei problemi d'amore. Tutto sommato la storia è atta a fare rispecchiarsi innamorati alle prime esperienze affettive con fibrillazioni, delusioni, malintesi, riconciliazioni e ... finirono felici e contenti. In certi momenti ho finito per annoiarmi per il ricorrere di episodi similari ma ho continuato a guardare perché mi piaceva guardare gli attori più che essere interessata allo svolgimento narrativo piuttosto scontato.Was this review helpful to you?

Very Good For What It Is
This drama is actually very good for what it is... a contract marriage drama, a cliche in itself so I don't know why people are hating and expecting so much. Sure, there are many cliches especially the accidental trip and kiss, most of them were cute though. This was my first time watching the main leads, I think they did a good job with their roles and their chemistry was elevated. More positives ... there are no mind-boggling misunderstandings and the ending is happy. If you like a short, light and fluffy no-brainer romcom, this is it, enjoy!Was this review helpful to you?
Quite Cliche and Predictable but Sweet
The story of the show ain't something new but the same cliche contract marriage drama trope which has been used so many times in so many shows. The same CEO and poor Cindrella marrying each other for their own benefits and the same jealous second leads who will try to ruin their relationship but in the end get rejected and go home. Though the story is predictable but is sweet and cheesy enough to make it work and not look cringey,The one and probably the only strongest point of the show is the couple's chemistry. The leads were the perfect casting for it and it shows in every scene they are together. The supporting cast has done their job really well too. I would say my favorite character would be the ML's grandma.
It is a good watch if you are looking for some cliche romantic love story stuff.
