Similar vibe, psychological and a melodrama. Just stuff to learn about life but with a bit of suspense and less monologues

The Tama River, where the water flows along the border between Tokyo and Kanagawa, pours into Tokyo Bay and the large sky spreads out.
People who enjoy sports, lovers who are close to each other, students who practice singing, by the riverside, which is rich in nature, people who ride bicycles come and go as they please.
Spring of 2020 Corona disaster of people who spend their days along such a river.

April Snow is tonally very similar to Lost. Firstly, they share the same director. Both have characters that are emotionally pained and find solace in each other.

Both center on the relationship between a married older woman and a younger man. These relationships begin entirely differently—Secret Love Affair begins with an intense attraction and passion, while Lost begins in an emotional kinship based on a shared feeling of despondency. What is similar in these relationships is how heart-wrenchingly real they feel, how brilliant the actors are, and the intimacy of their absolutely natural interactions. The characters are flawed, but still people you can come to understand. Both these dramas are very slow-paced and very willing to let the viewer sit in long moments of silence. The approach to telling these stories, the way the scenes were shot, etc. show considerable care and thought. Secret Love Affair has a more melodramatic storyline, but never in a way that feels over-the-top.

This work depicts a "five" locked room mystery drama about two high school students, which develops in the first train in the early morning, the family restaurant after school, and the gondola of the Ferris wheel. A word that suddenly changes from everyday life to extraordinary, a psychological warfare on searching each other's minds. Youth, a fragile blue human figure, is depicted in a peculiar situation called a locked room.

~~ Adapted from the novel “Souchou Shihatsuno Sappuuk?” by Yugo Aosaki.

the similar points that the both of dramas are sharing is that the female leads are living in depression with failed marriage and cheating husbands.

both of female leads are authors but obstacles were preventing them from continuing their jobs as the female lead in wonderful world was jailed for taking revenge from the culprit who did killed her son however in lost the female lead were accused to plagiarize the work of her colleague.

their relationship with the younger first male leads is more as healing friends and soulmates supporting each others in their calamity whereas the male leads are also in the same gloomy situation as the female leads.

Amamiya, Nakauchi, and Kobayashi were once high school classmates. The former was class president and an honors student, Nakauchi was quiet and reserved with a penchant for cooking, and Kobayashi was a womanizing charmer. Ten years after their graduation, fate reunites them. Nakauchi has gone on to become a budding chef, but he had to quit his job after losing his sense of taste. He runs into Amamiya, works as a bartender in a quiet establishment called the Three Star Bar in Tokyo’s Nishi Ogikubo District.
Kobayashi who became an overnight sensation as a writer with his debut novel, but has been in a slump ever since, was bequeathed the bar from his grandfather, the previous owner, with the agreement that he would keep the place running until he and Amamiya finished all of the canned food that was left stocked in the pantry. Kobayashi and Amamiya convince Nakauchi to join them as their canned food “chef.”
The trio is a great success: Amamiya is always ready to lift the mood with a cocktail, the barfly-like Kobayashi is always on hand with sage words of advice, and Nakauchi cooks up a storm in the kitchen. The place becomes a hit with appreciative customers who come with problems, but usually leave with them solved, thanks to these remarkable men. But what will happen when the canned food begins to run out?

Both shows about female leads who were once successful in their field of work but suddenly a psychological state they fall in make them feel uneasy and in perpetual depression.
The female leads have problems with their husbands who are leaning to their first love.
The female leads were pregnant and had miscarriage which make difficult form them to return being hardworking.
Both dramas have in common mystery and ambiguous sides in the sequence of events.

I found the atmosphere and writing to be quite similar to each other. They're both about people finding solace and happiness in each other and finding their footing in life.

Both kdramas have a similar atmosphere and realistic vibes. Both dramas have cheating leads and in both dramas the leads are depressed and trying to find themselves

Similar premise...
Lost is tad more mature and way more emotional than one spring night.... the feeling and the emotions they provoke are kind of same though Lost has some scenes where you won't be able to stop your tears.... I would totally recommend watching both of them...

Leads are two lonely, broken people; similar dynamics to Lost's. Both dramas have a slow-burn plot, with a somber tone.

both shows are about people lost in life (depicted in different ways in each) finding the beauty of life through each other. Both have that melodramatic and introspective atmosphere in their direction and both are EXTREMELY BEAUTIFULLY DIRECTED AND ACTED!

Entertaining big families that come close to heart.
The way both dramas deal with family-only dynamics is peaceful.
Full of comedy.
Heart-filling romances.
Double in-law couples.
