Su Zai Zai is on a mission. She truly is head over heels and the moment Suyang was mentioned, she was ready to pack for the trip. I want to say that their relationship is organically growing, but she has been the done doing a lot of the work so far. I have started to see Zhang Lu Rang's glances, smiles and small gestures towards her, so I know it's not one-sided anymore. He welcomes her efforts and has made some of his own, whether it's meeting her at the bus station, bringing her hand warmers or making plans to call her to make sure she doesn't miss the exam. I find myself smiling throughout the episodes.

New Years episode

Su Zai Zai celebrates the new year with her family and coincidentally met Zhang Lurang at the supermarket. He got invited to Su Zai Zai's family house and had dinner together. Gu Ran's parents are doctors and don't have much time with him because of their profession.
