Hello Stranger Episode 2 Reactions
this ep easier to like or start liking Mico - even though he a blundering fool sometimes, it's more sweet and innocent - even his trying to comfort Xavier - while his real goal was "get over ur personal sh*t and focus on our studies.." which rubbed Xavier wrong the first time - not that anyone can blame him after the way he got treated by his gf (ex-gf?) either way, if he was goofing around and forgot their appointment. would agree (kinda) with her "going off" on his ass - but he was studying. and considering the lock-down and pandemic she aint got anything(!) better to do. so a few mins or hr late Not the freakin end of the world, but nope drama queen needs to create drama at every turn - tedious ******************************************************************so being already hurt and sensitive little wonder he could take more of Mico's bitchy attitude - something he could laugh off to date. so glad Mico got he did "wrong" and was big enough to apologize - but was it again cause he had to get along and help Xavier ?!? the pessimistic me wonder's - of course it also can be that he is attracted to Xavier. which will make anyone more agreeable... ********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************it's not that i just noticed this But Mico is also Very good looking but his personality just rubs me the wrong way and maybe cause of that his looks fall to the side -

First came the virtual "tampuhan" (misunderstanding) then came the "nagkaayos" (makeup) moment and thereafter the online flirting began. Yay! Kilig much. I LOVE THIS EPISODE. ;-)Good casting especially for the main characters. Seph and Kookai were also cute in their own way. Kudos to whoever made the casting decision. It might be slower but I think it's a welcome change of pace compared to the much faster story development in the other Pinoy BL series "Gameboys". This means more opportunities for the characters to develop depth and for their relationships to flourish. Hopefully, this would also mean additional time for the conflict to arise and its eventual satisfactory resolution. Considering it only has eight episodes, the series has already utilized like 25% (2 out of 8 eps) of its time already. I just wish that the remaining episodes would not let us down. :-DP.S. Is it just me or did Crystal pronounced one of her lines as "f*ck" instead of "fact"? :-)

While Episode 2: Hello Feelings! is a notch better than its pilot episode, Hello Stranger still can't seem to get its putting right. It still looks quite tentative in its execution of scenes. The plot/storyline moved along just fine and the screenplay was ok. Acting and the chemistry between the lead actors improved. Production design, camera work, music, and editing were still good. I don't really know why, but I still got bored with this episode. Maybe because I didn't learn anything really new about the lead characters since we already have a general idea of Xavier and Mico's personalities and characterisations from last week's episode? Maybe because the dialogues were not exciting enough? Sure, there were some "kilig" moments here and there (Xavier sending Mico that video was really cute) but overall, the episode seemed dull for me. Or maybe because there wasn't a cliffhanger to entice me to look forward to next week's episode? I don't know. In any case, the boys (especially Patrick) looked pretty good so I shouldn't complain too much. I just hope things get more exciting next week.
