This was the last battle was won by General ZSC when General Jin surrendered based on the advised from Crown Prince who usurped the throne after notifying the child Emperor has died. There was a brief lighter moment and showed even not in sight, General ZSC always have CSY in his mind when he ordered and bought the pomegranates as gifts to her. During the celebration General ZSC was invited into the and later he was surrounded by the guards and General Jin armies while General Hong died blocking the spear aimed at General Feng. Watching the calamity and when the child Emperor was brought out with his life at stake. General ZSC let down his sword and accepted the exchange to avoid more deaths.

The Last Gift

After winning the last battle with the sly General Jin so called surrender. General ZSC, the monk and General Feng were at the market and when General ZSC saw the pomegranates, then there was a brief flashback why and when the fruit became a favourite of CSY.The last scene showed General ZSC being captured and tied to a pole.
