The Emperor gives the Prince of Nanxiao the title of "Prince FengYang" and asks Zhou Sheng Chen if he can keep his adviser, Xie Chong to stay in the capital to advise him as he did to the late Emperor. He agrees to stay behind and Zhou Sheng Chen sadly leaves for the Western Border. Meanwhile, The Crown Prince is coveting the throne. Princess Xing Hua and Cui Feng get married too. Taking marriage as the reason the Crown Prince visits the Cui manor again to meet Cui Shi Yi and gets coldheartedly rejected by Shi Yi.
