Feeling helpless and not knowing what else to do, Cheng Xiao's father goes to Nan Ting's office at Luzhou Airline and explains to him that Cheng Xiao's mother has developed post-traumatic stress disorder following a plane crash. He hopes that Nan Ting will be able to persuade Cheng Xiao to resign from her job. Nan Ting is aware of Cheng Xiao's passion for flying, so he tells Cheng Xiao's father about all the hard work and effort that Cheng Xiao has put into her love of aviation. He explains to Cheng Xiao's father how determined Cheng Xiao is to chase her dreams. As Cheng Xiao's father listens to this, he begins to truly understand his daughter for the first time.
