My Girlfriend Is an Alien Season 2

It can only get better…

Not done but it can’t get worse as the best and cutest is already progressing. If you’ve watched S1, you’d probably be on the fence of quirky dorky or quirky fluffy. I mean the FL and her silliness? You love her or wanna shake some earthly sense into her. At the end though, all’s forgotten as the cuteness of the lead couple, Xiaoqi and Feng Leng is overpowering. Here in S1, I feel that Wen Peng has polished her acting and is doing a great job. I’m not so irritated like in S1 with her. This time around, she has revised her role to a maturity level that while continuing with the loads of tropes, she acts it marvelously. She has even turned up her comfort level in her relationship development with ML. If we hadn’t known it not to be true, you can almost match them up as a real couple. Yes, that’s how sizzling their relationship is.

You might be frustrated with plot as it’s like a repeat of s1. I may have started out like that, but I’m finding that it’s okay. The deliverance of roles makes it seem like a much better version of S1 and I’m enjoying it so much I don’t mind it. This is a very fun, relaxing, sweet, memorable series if anyone is looking for something away from serious ones.

Oops, I was about to sign off but the supporting casts are just as cute. Yes, besides leads there’s two other couples that are so cute and fun too.

Disappointed

Season 1 was everything. I mean I made sure to pause it before I left the room. I couldn't wait to watch the rest of it. I savored on every episode like a 5 course meal. The characters were smart, funny, beautiful and amazing actors. Season 2 was deeply disappointing to me. First of all the start over of the same story was just not creative at all. I mean , my first thought was maybe they intended for Chai Xiaoqi to be thrown in an alternate universe. I couldn't figure out what was happening and why everyone forgot. Like it didn't make sense. All the characters appeared a bit docile than in season 1. Like Assistant Han, in the first season he was very confident and likable. This new Assistant Han just makes me cringe. What happened :-(

Best drama ever

I love to watch Season 2 for the twists and turns shown in the introduction song. Very eager to see them together at the end.
Season 1 had a good ending. Hope to see Fang Leng and Chai Xioqi together happy.
Please release the hindi and tamil dubbed version in MX player so that we can subscribe and watch from India
When another alien comes from Cape Town, we have to wait and see what happens. It's thrilling.
Fang Leng is a bit soft in this season when compared to Season 1, where he was very stiff as CEO of F group.
Chai Xiaqi was very beautiful in wedding dress.

I’m perplexed?!

Spoiler Alert!!!

I just finished watching the first season and was excited to watch the second. Well I’m watching first episode of season 2 and it doesn’t make sense. It starts with them getting married (so far so good). But then Chai Xiaoqi gets taken back to home planet because she committed the crime of marrying off-species (no confusion yet).

They decide to give her a second chance to redeem herself as Fang Leng successfully mass produced that hormone inducing perfume from season one. So they brainwash her, change her memories to think of Fang Leng as the enemy and send her on a mission to steal the formula for that hormone perfume because it could be used as a secret weapon against them.

So she’s back but once again Fang Leng doesn’t know who she is?! More perplexing, no one remembers her or the wedding ceremony from the first scene of episode 1?! Just WTH is going on?!

Ok so the reason no one remembers is that somehow Chai Xiaoqi went back in time to a year before they met (2018 instead of 2022 when they got married). But ok fine, that doesn’t explain how Fang Leng is immune from her alien powers. In season one, the reason for it was that he had the “annunciation” inside his body, but now we’re in a time period when that incident didn’t happen so he shouldn’t be immune to her abilities like he was in season 1. So yeah, I’m going to try and see a few more episodes, but the inconsistencies are getting to me. I thought just some of the casting changes (Like Fang’s dad and Mr Han) was enough to put me off, but his place of residence and the restaurant she used to work at are also different and just taking me out of my suspension of belief to truly enjoy this show

A volta no tempo da alienzinha

Eu adorei a segunda temporada, estava ansiosa para rever esse amor Alien versus humano e foi realmente Fantástico toda a atuação de dor da Saudade, do amor e da Paixão desses dois protagonistas, que trabalham tão bem que parece que o sentimento é real.

Vou sentir falta mas acho que como o roteiro se perdeu na segunda temporada mostrando coisas completamente desnecessárias e parece que o roteirista se perdeu não espera uma terceira temporada que talvez seja um tiro no pé. Então é melhor que não tenha mais temporadas. Apesar de todo o caos na saúde Mundial devido ao vírus, Faltou muito na atuação dos atores mirins, que apareceram só no final. A criação de um triângulo amoroso também ficou meio assim contexto mas eu entendo o que fazia parte para contar um pouco da parte da história da Alien lá no planeta dela.
Que sobrepõe qualquer enrolação e qualquer erro do roteiro é a atuação do protagonista masculina e a protagonista feminina que sempre dão um show quando aparecem na tela por isso indica que assista com muito carinho e me tornei através desse drama fã dos protagonistas.

Arrasaram demais, uma 2° temporada perfeita!

Só my girlfriend is an alien que consegue fazer uma segunda temporada de 30 eps ser perfeita.
Estava receosa de assistir e ser ruim e estragar a série, mas pelo o contrário! Me prendeu do começo ao fim, uma coisa q já não conseguia fazer com 30 eps a um tempo. Mesmo sendo mais ou menos um recomeço, ficou perfeito! Já acompanhava o dorama antes de lançar a segunda temporada e quando fiquei sabendo tive receio e enrolei até hj, mas foi um tempo de espera gasto atoa!
A história foi super divertida digna da série.
O casal principal nem se fala, perfeitos demais! Com uma química surreal, esses dois me fizeram surtar demaaaais e ficar aos berros do começo ao fim, mesmo com um beijinhos de leve que eles dão, a química deles esmurra mts por ai. Sem contar com a tuação perfeita deles!
Ainda tivemos tbm o casal secundário suuuper fofo que ficaram mt lindos juntos.
Pra complementar, o Shiyi que roubou meu coração tbm, apesar de tudo achei ele mt fofo e me deu mais vontade de conhecer o ator.

Por fim, recomendo demais essa segunda temporada, estava com receio de não gostar, mas foi simplesmente perfeita!! Um casal e uma série que vai ser inesquecível!
