Mika is in her first year of high school. While Mika accidentally met a flashily dressed boy called Hiro at school, she turns and flees. They soon fall in love each other. Their days pass happily, but the trouble is coming to them...

Min Su, a playboy who believes there's no true love, can't stand long-term relationships. However, the fate takes him to a dazzling beauty, Hye Won, who just escaped from the boring hospital. She leaves a strong impression on Min Su. Again, chased by a nurse, as Hye Won sneaks into the men's room at the hospital, their 2nd encounter is made. And Min Su gets totally captivated by this bold lady, although Hye Won tries to resist him worrying that their love might expire soon due to her terminal disease.

The plot is almost the same you can feel the character better. Here FL and ML fall in love in their teens in school life but later Fl loses her memories

similar cancer storyline where both the ML had cancer. Both a re tear-jackers too and will have you weeping at some point. However, the filipino movie has a happy ending but the japanese one is a tragic one sadly.
