Gu Yiye and his growth as a soldier worthy of admiration.

Gu Yiye is talented and skilled and is a hardworking and disciplined person, but it doesn't mean he already have his road paved and polished. I can see from the latest episode (8) where a stumbling block presented itself from a confident and proud GYY who failed to win the thing he wants despite thinking that what's he's giving is the best that he can and thus is already anticipating the win (but his best is not enough and his expectations crushed his confidence). So I'm very excited for the next update. Hoping for a resolution with a more dashing Xiao Zhan as Gu Yiye.Still can't get over the thankfulness that Xiao Zhan became Gu Yiye. Loving this drama so much!

very good plot..

Though a military drama , has the right amount of romance and comedy... Loved acting of Xiao Zhan.His role Gu Yiye is very rightious and ambitious. He dreams to become a army man from Childhood.
