Jiu Shi deciphers the last clue, the moon in the mirror; however, when they arrive at his apartment, Yan Ba Lang has found 2 keys: Life and Death. They all look for the Door together, and Jiu Shi lets Yan Ba Lang make the difficult choice he does not want to make himself. Yan Ba Lang chooses the Life Door and persuades Xia Jie to enter the Death Door.
