Bad Buddy

A kinda serious guy (more so in SE) vs. a more carefree, playful type of guy who start out as fremenies that bicker a lot but then fall in love. In Bad Buddy the relationship is warmer and really cute.

both have a similar concept of rivals-to-lovers where the two leads overcome their differences but must continue to pretend to dislike each other for the sake of their family/friends with chaos ensuing as a result.

also shares the following similarities:
- leads living in a dorm close to each other
- one having a secret crush on the other

Both are Thai university BL drama settings that have some lighthearted comedy as well as being a comfort BL.

They are similar because:

- One main lead ist more comfortable with being gay and the other one wants to hide it

Both of these dramas center around a male lead who falls for someone he knows he shouldn't, and his love interest who only has eyes for him and pursues him regardless. The plot also revolves around the male lead (and the audience to an extent) figuring out precisely the reason they can't be together.

If you enjoyed Bad Buddy, especially the characters of Ink and Pa, please watch their special episode in this anthology, "Zero Photography". Just like BB it's super touching, romantic and the couple has great chemistry. So worthy it, and I'm glad it fleshed out their characters a bit more.

Hate to love. Two seperate divisions kinda hate each other. Something then happens and both teams are forced to work together against their will.

Both of them Thai BL. Both with the setting of neighbors developing feelings for one another and becoming something more.

- At times, leads in both shows act like enemies and sometimes act like friend and in HSF (the bromance is very strong giving off a soulmate vibe for Saint and Shin)

It's an amazing Thai BL drama. This was my second BL drama , It follows a story of two "best friends" whom can not be friends due their parents despise one another. It's really really good I sincerely recommend if you haven't watched it yet.

both are enemies to lovers with the trope : the one who will fall in love with the other one first will lose
FFL is japanese but BB is thai, FFL is with a office setting while BB is during university
but both of them are really good !! with good pairing

In both shows the leads are socially awkward outcasts. They also idolize their popular love interest.

While the plots are very different, the chemistry and dynamic between the leads are very similar. So if you like the flirtatious, teasing, but fond dynamic of Bad Buddy, you'll probably like the how the relationship in 1000 Stars develops.

Both dramas feature a healthy relationship between the leads which starts as a rivalry. Both stories have a school/college setting.
