I don´t really understand the "hate" this series gets :/
I mean like was it the best BL? Deffinitely NOT. Was it the worst? NO.Actually overall it´s pretty nice, cute series but there were some parts when i wanted it to end. Like seriously after around 6th episode I wanted to skip some parts but I still was really into it. I did skip something but just a few moments and nothing important.
The story was okay i guess..?
It was just quiet weird to see 5 men "liking" the same man (I am not saying it´s impossible) and just doing what they were doing.
I also didn´t really like the thing that they mentioned France and Enchanté like 1000 times lmao. Ofc nothing against France, it was just cringe and weird for me to hear it all the time. Yes i get it, the main character basically grew up there but still...
Acting was the best thing about this series ngl. It wasn´t perfct but it was good enough for me to feel something towards the characters. But one thing that i´m not sure about is, if we were supposed to hate the other 4 guys or not. Well if we were supposed to kinda like hate them, then I failed cuz I actually kidna liked the one who likes drawing ( ops :> ) .
Agh the music... Usually I don´t really pay much attention to music so I also didn´t do it here but after a few episodes it felt like they just play the same music over and over again and it was pretty annoying. It´s not such a big deal tho
Rewatch value is 4 because I think if I was really bored, I would watch it just for fun and good looking men and the one teacher ( she was gorgeous! ) lol. What I want to say is that I would still rather rewatch this than Kissable Lips ( thats was killing my braincells lol sorry if anyone geniouly likes it )
So yeah, like I said before, overall pretty decent series ( bonus: good looking people :> )

A flawed debut that grew on me thanks to ForceBook
Story: weak plot, pacing issues, and editing felt messy. story didn’t leave much impact.Cast: average acting at the time, but charming in hindsight after getting into ForceBook.
Music: OST didn't really stand out or leave an impression. Just... there.
Rewatch value: not something I'd rewatch for the story, but maybe for nostalgia and ForceBook.
When I first watched Enchanté, I didn’t enjoy it much. The story was weak, the editing felt off, and the acting didn’t impress me at the time.
I originally rated it 6.5. But after watching A Boss and a Babe, I became a huge ForceBook fan. That emotional connection completely changed how I viewed this series. I rewatched some clips, smiled at their early moments, and felt a nostalgic softness toward it.
Objectively, the flaws are still there. But personally? I now rate it 8 because it’s part of my journey with these two. Not a great series, but it became special to me.

la gente credo voglia tropo dalla vita.
allora, io mi chiedo, perché la gente vuole troppo da alcuni drama? (questa sarà una recensione trasversale, nel senso che essendo un comportamento che ho notato anche per altri drama citerò anche quelli) questa storia non si presuppone nulla di complesso: due amici di lunga data si rincontrano dopo che uno dei due per varie (e un po’ vaghe) ragioni si trasferisce in Francia e da questo incontro nascono sentimenti, si scoprono le vere ragioni dietro ad alcuni comportamenti e alla fine tutto finisce bene (con Kudos alla comparsa del mio dottore preferito Jummy). fine, non è la trama più ricercata del mondo, ma non pone i presupposti per esserlo, un po’ come Star in my Mind e Hidden Agenda, non vogliono definirsi le nuove pietre miliari della storia del BL tailandese, quindi non comprendo perché la gente debba lamentarsi quando una serie non fa più di quello che aveva anticipato. ovviamente non tutte le serie possono essere come Not Me o Never Let Me Go o The Eclipse (o chi più ne ha più ne metta) quindi perché cercare in altre serie le caratteristiche di altre? sopratutto quando nessuno ha detto che queste serie le devono avere. perché ci può essere la serie più easy, come la serie più impegnata, la serie più spinta e quella meno, i gusti delle persone sono differenti e come credo sia giusto che ci debbano essere cose che possono appagarli tutti. ripeto, non a tutti possono piacere storie ambientate nel mondo della mafia, come non a tutti possono piacere quelle universitarie, e va bene perché siamo persone differenti. bene finita la mia tirata andiamo a vedere un po’ la storia: allora, come ho detto la trama non è nulla di troppo speciale, devo dire che ho apprezzato molto la “ricerca di Enchanté” proprio perché si sviluppa attorno a 4 persone che di facciata sembrano perfetti, ma che in realtà non lo sono. l’unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta della trama è la parte sul divorzio, io capisco che Theo sia un personaggio naive e che vive in un mondo di libri però devo dire non sono fan delle scene cringe dove si cerca di far rimettere assieme i genitori, ma questa sono sempre io. avrei preferito che la fine della serie coincidesse con la graduation di Theo e lui che decide, per una ragione o per l’altra di andare in Francia. Theo non è un personaggio perfetto e va bene perché noi non siamo perfetti e come veniamo cresciuti credo influisca sul nostro modo di vedere le cose. poi quel cucciolo di Akk, partendo dal presuppposto che si va ad aggiungere al pullman di green flag che ho visto in questi ultimi BL, come puoi stupirti se Theo si arrabbia se tu non gli hai detto che i suoi stanno divorziando? ecco questa è l’unica cosa che ho da ridire su di lui perché per il resto è la tipica green flag, carina e bellina e che nel finale decide di trasferirsi in Francia per il suo Theo, ma non solo (e questa è una delle cose che ho più apprezzato di lui). lui va in Francia sia per stare con Theo sia per il suo master, per avere più opportunità nel futuro, un po’ come Palm che decide di seguire il suo “one and only”, non solo per stargli vicino, ma anche perché vuole migliorarsi e migliorare le sue prospettive future, per meritarsi di stare accanto a una persona “importante” come Theo o Nueng. poi praise a tutti gli attori, tra cui Force e Book che sono fra i pochi pair di attori che vedo molto validi anche come amici. e uno direbbe “grazie al cocomero”, infatti. però molte volte nei friends to lovers la parte friends non è sottolineata per avere sostanzialmente due persone che si orbitano intorno e che si mandano sex eyes ogni dieci minuti. ecco Force e Book, forti molto probabilmente del fatto che sono amici da 16 anni rendono valida anche la parte iniziale dove sono amici (perché si Theo sapeva dei suoi sentimenti per Akk, ma non il contrario). poi il colpo di scena, checché ne dicano i più è vero che è abbastanza palese, ma è fatto bene e viene rivelato all’unica persona che doveva scoprirlo.overall quindi una serie carina, leggera (con un Fluke quasi nudo che esce da una pesca e un Jimmy sporadico nelle ultime due puntate) che merita di avere una possibilità.

Sweet BL
I almost didn’t watch this show because of all the bad reviews.What this drama is just a sweet romance.
I liked it because I don’t really enjoy BL that seems to either be soft porn, toxic relationships or focused on the ‘but I don’t want to be attracted to a guy’ thing. It lacks the trope of the over the top comedy trans students which I find so annoying.
Normally I’m pretty good at seeing how the plot would go but I had a couple of pleasant surprises. While the story could easily have stopped after episode 8 the rest was still pretty good.

It was really memorable and beautiful story to watch. Type of series that you can easily tell someone as bed time story. One thing I find unnecessary is that Theo went back to French. I think it would be more suitable for last episode if Theo didn't go back to French, or , if directing team was planning to make that scene, they should add more episodes to show how many months or years Theo spent in French. 12 episode will more than enough to show their long distance time and make more sense for Theo staying in overseas also akk trying his best to get scholarship. Other than Ep 10, I was enjoyed watching Enchanté. Another thing I personally doesn't enjoy was side characters having unnecessary pairing. I am kinda person who doesn't enjoy watching side CP so this sentence is personal. Also, last but not least, Force and Book acting are so good and they totally deserve more dramatic series. Do not watch after balcony ep
The storyline does not feel familiar after learning who is the enchante. I have watched dozens of BLs, but haven't seen a worse ending than this. They could have k*lled the leads and it would, honestly, would have been better. Rewatch value stands for the primary episodes, where their chemistry still exists. That balcony ep made me comment positively on how this serie was progressing and no, I have never been let down this bad. Last eps were outright disrespectful to the viewer, destroying the whole theme, adding surprises to keep people engaged and both chemistry&acting flying out of window. Actors are new to the industry and one of them is better than the other. Only one character carries the show and yea, that is pretty much how this show receives a still avarage score. I sometimes find myself wishing for a cheating plot, rather than this careless, meaningles, pointless end. They had so many things to explore: trust issues, reasons, school projects... Instead they created new superficial plots and unplanned topics. Anyway 10/6 because theo is a nice name and akk looks like my crush- otherwise this show is a solid 4.Was this review helpful to you?
A good watch, until the mystery was revealed...
First of all, it was a good series. Filmography was also a pass, albeit not enough to be commendable as a film major...STORY
The story was great until the Te-Te guy (as Akk so randomly calls it) was revealed.
After the revelation of the mystery, it's as if the character development for both the main leads and supporting actors just stopped. And were awefully rushed and crammed to fit the final episode.
It's like they rushed to find a reason to get one of the main leads back to France, so the show can forcibly justify the "French trope" of the theme...
It was all good, until the continuity went in shambles.
It's like a professional writer was working on the ending then suddenly had diarrhea so he let his amateur assitant finish the ending

The actors had great chemistry and they could've done better I'm sure... Their eyes alone did the acting... They did a great job
MUSIC
I always believed that a good soundtrack helps boost a series' popularity and value...

A good beginning, but then it kinda went ok?
I was intrigued the first time I saw the trailer, and decided to watch it when it was completed.THE COMEDY AND THE CHEMISTRY IS NO JOKE. THESE TWO ARE VERY GOOD AND VERY AMAZING AT ACTING ETC.
I was very very very into it, the relationship Akk and Theo had was also something refreshing for me to see. Maybe it's just me, but the way these two characters interacted - liking each other but are acting how bff would act either way - feels somehow natural.
As everyone would agree, Akk is the best of the best in this story. For me personally, Theo was good as well, but only before it was nearing the end. The story got good, and it was kind of obvious-ish who Enchante is. It didn't really bother me as much tbh.
I wouldn't say the story is bad, but I was a little disappointed how Theo always make Akk being the one to chase him and make the big decision to be with one another (At least that's how I see it, sorry if I'm wrong about this). The last few episodes just make me like Akk wayyy more than ever. Theo's personality of wanting a happy family and trying to push his parents back together - I get that he wants his family to be like it was, when it was happy, but he has to realize that life doesn't always have that happy ending.
I also kinda get why he would leave Akk to follow his mom because, well he doesn't want his mother to be alone, but dude, Akk has always been the one doing the brave moves (Although Theo is the one pretending to be Enchante to make Akk confess I guess?) Theo is lucky Akk likes him to the max that he even willing to study his ass off to go to France(? I forgot oops) so you two can stay together.
All in all, I wouldn't say DON'T WATCH IT, but more to like, WATCH IT IF YOU WANT TO because it's pretty ok to me :D

Expected Plot Twist but still Satisfying
As my headline states, the plot twist seems to be predictable but the storylines planted bombs to confuse the audience which is at some point proved to be believable. Thanks to the actors who summon waves on the clear water and me believe there's a whirlpool underneath.The only thing I don't really like on this is the inclusion of as much characters as they want. It would be more interesting if they do include a character with complex personality.
Overall, it wasn't the best from the production company but worth the time to watch on maybe two or three rounds.

If you're craving something sweet!
Enchante is the kind of drama you could watch without giving much of a thought. It doesn't have a 'strong' plot and is quite of the cliche side. It is indeed filled with a lot of fluff and I would recommend this as some sort of filler drama you watch when you are too stressed, craving for something sweet like I've mentioned in the title.What I liked:
-The fluff, it has an adequate amount of really nice scenes between the leads.
-The friendship between the two.
-There was not much of any serious misunderstandings or stuff.
What I didn't like:
-The plot line is very basic... it's something like receiving a mysterious note and finding out who wrote it.
-The characters were a little too bland or not that deep as I wished they could've been.
-Acting...it wasn't bad tbh but not the best either.
Overall if you have nothing else to watch go ahead. I watched this right after a thriller so this was kinda refreshing for me. Liking this drama purely depends upon how you approach it. Do not expect much you'll not be disappointed. You'd be able to finish it in one night 🌃.

Good up until the last two episodes
This show was one of my favorite shows until the last two episodes. I was so disappointed at the end I won't lie to you. Akk deserved better. The show wasn't anything spectacular, but i really loved it. Up until episode 9, where theo started acting like a spoilt brat. I understand him getting a lil upset at akk for not telling him about his parents, but i also think that akk was not in a position to tell him. It was his parent's responsibility to tell him that. also when theo said he was going to France, i got so upset. Okay so let me tell you.....i saw many reviews and it were too negatively told about it. I understand that people have different opinions but i halted my decision of watching it due to the reviews but then i thought, what 8f my choice is different from others.....so yeah.I watched it and guysssss......it was good .....light mystery of love .....want to gain attention.....cute stuff......happy happy....
And i liked the plot.....and also the actors were good in looks and Acting.
So i recommend you guys to watch it for yourself then decide.
