Episode Title: Kiss of Fire
Sunwoo Chan, Park Gwang Bok, and Ma Tae Oh arrive on Jeju Island. They meet at a cocktail bar called Summer Guys, owned by Oh Jin Dal Lae. They seem to have nothing in common except for the fact that they all happened to be in the same place at the same time. However, when an emergency situation breaks out, it brings the four of them together. (Source: Viu)

Summer Guys Episode 1 Reactions
Contains Ep 1 SpoilersFrom the preview, I thought this might be just a fun summery drama to fill up some extra time with, but it seems the quality is rather low and I am not sure if I really should waste my time on it or find something else to watch. It starts out with a intro that showcases what seems like most of the exciting scenes from the entire show. Then the four main characters are "introduced" (if I can even call it that) but with no background or real reason for why they end up at Summer Guys bar, except for the fact that FL's dad owns the place. Woo-Chan (one of the MLs) seems to have some sort of previous relationship with another girl, but nothing else is said about her besides that she likes Woo-Chan and that her dad owns the resort by Summer Guys. Woo-Chan visits Summer Guys, and he and Oh Jin Dal Rae (FL) have a quick scene where the "falling into arms and ending in accidental kiss" trope is shown off, before the second ML barges in. After a while the third ML comes as well, and they all are drunk when a fire starts in the bar. And that is basically the end. As I said before, it felt very low-quality, and even though the episode was only a half hour, there was barely anything about it that made me want to watch more. I may watch the second ep. since it comes out in a few hours, just to see where it goes, but I may be giving up early on this one.
