Thor-fah loses her earrings and she suspects Kaning is the one who stole them. Thor-fah searches Kaning's store, but she doesn't find it. She then goes to search the villagers' houses, but she still couldn't find them. Khun-khao then offers to find the earring for Thor-fah and finds it just under the house she's living in. Khun-khao gives her an earful for troubling everyone. Thor-fah learns how to give offerings to monks. Thor-fah starts to feel closer to Khun-khao's family. Thor-fah tries to entice Tawan to get closer to him. Khun-khao finds out about her jig. Kaning feels jealous to see Khun-khao carries Thor-fah so she offers to carry Thor-fah herself. But they get into a fight again. Khun-khao forces Thor-fah to look at the coffee farm and taste the coffee because he wants her to go back as soon as possible.
