Qi Xiao's friend sends his resume to a job-hunting agency and he gets an appointment for a job interview as a paralegal assistant to none other than Ruoxin. Seeing his lack of experience and credentials, Ruoxin rejects him but he is determined to get the job and helps provide her with evidence to close the case.

**Spoiler Alert** <<<<<<<<<<<<<>>>>>>>>>>>>>> I hope something works out for his best friend. So nice of his best friend to do that for him. I just notice that his name also nearly the same as his character in that drama I've watched. Nice coincidence. They were cute! OK umm also it just very... like how fortuitous for him that coincidentally he sold that items before. Anything to connect the dot right? Skskks. Her ex.. What a bastard! Forcing her to agree in front of her coworkers. I hurt for her. Hope ML will make it up for his harsh word when they finally get together. Her mom was so annoying that I want to trip her and let her fall ughhh I want to slap her so hard. She didn't know the full story and didn't even trust her daughter. Ruoxin didn't deserve weirdo mom like that.

Female lead is so pitiful. She is surrounded with toxic people. Gosh if I imagine me in her shoes I’d seither already have a hysterical break down and yell at everyone and then go under of the consequences or just run away and settle in new city or better country!I really wish for her life to get better.
