The rational life is definitely inspired from the last woman standing. Even the FL’s mom is the same actress. Still watching the rational life but totally recommend the last woman standing!!

Both are age romances between the main couple with an older business woman FL who has a more age-appropriate but less compatible SML chasing her, and a younger ML who wins her heart.

Both shows deal with "real" work environment, in the sense that we get to see the actual work being done and the problems that appear. Both shows also have romance between boss and employee, although in TRL the roles are reversed.

Has a similar vibe, reflective of life, mature feel and strong female leads with some romance. Both are an enjoyable watch and slice of life for women in their 30's.
